How far in advance should I book my school tour?

We open the following year up 15 months in advance to allow time to secure special reservations for your group.

What is the minimum number of passengers required to travel with Travel Teens?

The brochure tour price is based on 35 passengers, but we will always make special accommodations for smaller groups.

Is there a maximum number of total travelers?

Some tours will have a maximum based on the coach size (55). If your tour does not involve using a coach bus, then we can accommodate larger groups.

How soon do I need to pay a deposit?

Deposits are due 10 days after reserving your school tour, unless otherwise noted in your contract.

When is the final payment due for my trip?

Final payments are due 60 days prior to travel.

Does my child require I.D.?

No I.D necessary if your child is under 18 for flights within the state of California.

When will adults be required to have a REAL I.D?

You will need a REAL I.D, passport or other federal accepted document at airport security beginning May 3, 2023

Is there a special fare for teachers?

All tours will include one free teacher based on 35 passengers.
