Los Angeles Tour

Students can enjoy individual creativity through "hands on" activities at the Los Angeles Children's Museum doing art work, video and music recordings, face painting, and explorations in the sciences. Los Angeles' diverse cultures can be explored on a walking tour beginning at the Children's Museum in Little Tokyo, and back to the El Pueblo de Los Angeles State Historic Park. Visit Olvera Street housing Victorian Style homes and the oldest standing adobe home in Los Angeles, the Avila Adobe constructed in 1818. Union Station built in 1939 invites you to observe multiple facets of modern transportation such as Amtrak, Metrolink, Red, Gold, Green & Blue Subway lines, and the MTA bus transportation system. Optional tours include the LA Times, City Hall, Music Center, Central Library and Disney Concert Hall.
